Games room, children's play area and launderette shared with Bowland Fell Park situated approximately 250 yards from the property. Note: Swimming Pool fees apply; for one session it is £3 for adults, £2 for children and £1 for under 5's. Note: Parties of 1 will not be granted access to the pool as the facility is unmanned, a family pass for one week is £36. Note: On-site restaurant open from Wednesday to Sunday only and is subject to seasonal opening hours. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Maximum length of stay is 21 nights. Maximum occupancy is 4 including infants. Note: The pool will close December and reopen March
