Head 3 miles north of the village and you ll find Cropton Forest, with plenty of great walks available. Travel another 18 miles and you ll reach the fishing town of Whitby or you can travel there by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, taking in some beautiful moorland scenery on the way. A little further down the coast is Scarborough (23 miles) with its two sandy beaches, amusements and castle. With an open plan kitchen/dining area, this three bedroom haven is ideal for a family trip or gathering with friends. You ll feel instantly at home. Seek relaxation in the living area which boasts tasteful décor, and lounge on the plush sofas as the wood burner creates a cosy ambience while you browse through the options on the Smart TV.
