This semi-detached cottage has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with a table for two, Smart TV, and a double sofa bed. There is one king-size bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with hot tub, patio and furniture. Parking is at the Water Lane long stay car park and a pass is provided for you to display. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome; £20.00 per holiday. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 6 Church Hill is a romantic base for two to explore North Yorkshire. Note: This property has external CCTV. Note: The hot tub must only be used between 10am and 10pm. Note: The stairs in the property are quite steep so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility Note: failure to leave the parking pass will result in a £20 fine. The Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Wolds are to the north and south, making it ideal for walkers and cyclists. The stunning coastline is only 24 miles away, as is the historic city of York. A great base for exploring North Yorkshire.
