Set across one level and hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a utility. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher whilst a washer/dryer is positioned in the utility. For entertainment purposes, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property does not permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.2 miles, a pub within 0.1 mile, and the glorious sands of the beach are within 0.3 miles. Please note that parking is on the roadside and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Settled on the coastline of North Yorkshire rests the traditional seaside town of Filey. The glorious sands of the beach are perfect for lazy afternoons, whilst the surrounding Bempton Cliffs provide an idyllic spot for bird watching. More coastal adventures can be experienced in the nearby towns of Scarborough and Bridlington.
