The community has a number of lakes that are popular with fishermen and birdwatchers, as well as stores, a pub, a post office, and tea rooms. It also has the Dinosaur Adventure Park. Reepham, a nearby ancient market town, has Georgian architecture, a weekly market, shops, taverns, restaurants, and tea rooms in addition to an 18th-century market square. The city of Norwich, with its beautiful cathedral and commercial district, is reachable by car, while the Norfolk coast, with its Blue Flag beaches, is farther away. After receiving an email from yourselves 36 hrs before we were due to go on holiday to the log cabin that we had booked 2 months earlier, you may well understand our disappointment when we received the email telling us our holiday had been cancelled through no fault of our own.. We thank you for trying to find an equivalent holiday cottage, and nice enough as it was, apart from the thundering traffic that went past the cottage 24/7 we couldn't get the rest that was required. (recently just having surgery for half my bowel removed)
Your service was extremely helpful in this situation and we thank you for all the help you offered us in getting an alternative sorted at the very last minute, but as a whole the holiday plans that we had made put a significant mark against it.
We were told we would be refunded an amount, to which we have not received payment yet and find the whole situation very upsetting especially after we had booked a holiday in good faith. This has never happened to us before and never heard of anyone else having had that done to them, and there should be ways of safeguarding people who book holidays in good faith from further happening.

The cottage was a good base to explore norwich, norfolk and the coast from.. Good facilities for your own self catering. comfy beds, plenty of space. Mobile reception was variable but internet fine. Good value too.

A clean, comfortable cottage that contains almost everything that travellers would need.. Host was very helpful and kind. Wifi speed was however slow. Telephone services of some providers were not available. We had nevertheless a very happy stay there.
