Located off from the lounge/diner is the well equipped stylish and contemporary kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. You can access the rear garden via the back door in the kitchen. Heading back to the front of the house are the stairs leading to the first floor of the property. Here you will find a double bedroom with sea views, as well as a twin bedroom featuring a Smart TV. Also on this floor is the very spacious bathroom with a rain shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the second floor you will find the large master bedroom with king size bed which also boasts sea views, providing the perfect view to wake up to. The rear of the property can be accessed via a side gate on the property or through the kitchen, here you will find a good sized enclosed garden and patio area with a BBQ.
