Set in beautiful gardens with wonderful southerly views across the countryside, this property offers peace and quiet with a popular country pub just a few minutes walk away.  The garden is fully fenced and enclosed with lovely footpaths straight from the garden so it is a perfect place to bring the dog.  The local area is delightful and with Elham valley an area of outstanding natural beauty with the villages of Elham and Barham just  a couple of miles away.  Here you will find some beautiful medieval buildings together with a few village shops, cafes and a small vineyard. Venture just 15 minutes drive away and explore the beautiful city of Canterbury with a wonderful cosmopolitan feel and the world famous cathedral, shops restaurants and museums to visit.

Parking: On the private road at the rear of the property for up to 1 car.  Additional cars can be parked within a three minute walk of the property.  Please advise the Owner in advance to make arrangements
