The pretty village has many period properties and is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the North Downs - an area of unspoilt natural beauty.  There is a local village shop together with a good dining pub very close to the property.  The city of Canterbury is only 7 miles away offering great shopping and the chance to explore the many historical buildings and museums or enjoy hiring a punt on the river Stour. The coast is close by for a fun day out at the seaside in Folkestone or Hythe.
