The Nab house was in a great location , a couple of minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes Easy safe pavement walk to the village .. The village has everything you need - local shops Of butcher , Baker , fishmonger and organic fruit shop and great places to eat too . We went to Fox’s , No 8 cafe , Angel in the kitchen , the bakery coffee shop , the Propellor Inn and the Duver Cafe , all are great local Business offering excellent food . The flat was extremely clean with extra precautions for Covid . It is very well equipped ( we made pizza when we were there and the kitchen even had a rolling pin and weighing scales !) and it’s an excellent layout for sharing family time together as the living accommodation is one large open plan room . We were also blessed with great weather so we were able to sit in the sun in the garden and we were able to maximise walking and exploring the coastline which was lovely . The owner was friendly and helpful , we had a great time and are highly likely to return

We had a three night stay in August. Accommodation was outstanding and would highly recommend. Spacious, clean, fully equipped and more, lovely and quiet. Having never been to the IOW, perfectly located for access to the whole island. In these odd circumstances of Covid-19 Justine went above and beyond in every respect and contacted us prior to our visit which all made us feel comfortable. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

The apartment was spacious and light.. It was extremely well-equipped and walking distance to a convenience store and lovely pub. There is also a regular bus service to other parts of the island. Bembridge is a lovely part of the island and we would definitely go back there again

4 The Nab House is possibly the nicest and best equipped flat we have stayed in.. The flat is light and decorated really well. We were really impressed with the size of the property and it’s location. The proximity to the beach and the village is great. We have already looked to rebooking for next summer but are disappointed that it’s been booked for the dates we wish to go back.

4 The Nab House is very comfortable and homely.. It is airy and spacious, well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is also within walking distance of shops and a bus stop, making it an ideal location for getting about without a car. We would be very happy to book again and highly recommend it.

Wow! What a gorgeous, well equipped and thought out apartment in a fantastic idyllic location.. This trip was over the May bank holiday at the beginning of the month and although the weather was far from hot it was dry and sunny throughout our stay. Our party consisted of myself, my two young daughters (4 & 1) and my Mother. I happened to also celebrate a birthday whilst staying here. The décor in this apartment is fabulous, homely and welcoming. The beds are super comfy and spacious. Parking is ample and convenient. We did a lot of driving to and from different areas of the island over our stay so didn't really get to spend much time exploring Bembridge, but what we saw of it looked lovely. The nearby beach (very close walking distance) by the Lifeboat station was great for rock pooling when the tide was out. My Mother used to holiday on the IOW when younger and spent her honeymoon there so this apartment was a great base to explore the Island and reminisce about times gone by. We would definitely recommend and if ever back on the Island we would definitely stay here again. Big thank you to the host for all the little personal touches upon arrival too (i.e. milk in fridge, tea bags, biscuits). It made our stay even sweeter and was greatly appreciated.

The owner was very flexible about arrival and departure times, which was much appreciated.. She also left a selection of seasonal goodies and milk and there was plenty of tea/coffee, toilet rolls, soap and so on, which you wouldn't normally expect in a self catering property. All decorated & furnished to a high standard and accurately described on the website.

4 The Nab House is a lovely place to stay while visiting the Isle of Wight.. It’s location along a quiet lane 1 row back from the sea is perfect for a stroll along the beach, popping to the local shop and a great base to explore the island from your car. The property itself has that lovely home from home feel. It’s extremely comfortable, clean, safe, has everything you need and more. The furnishings are very tasteful. Bedding and towels lovely and soft. Just really really nice. Would love to stay here again sometime and wish I could pick it up and put it in every place we visit. Family of 4.

We were delighted to find that our holiday flat, in a lovely old house, was only a 5 minute walk from the beach and we could see the sea from our bedroom window.. The Bembridge Lifeboat Station and the RNLI shop were on our doorstep and we were lucky enough to watch a practice launch of both the inshore inflatable and the large lifeboat which was very exciting! Bembridge also surprised us by having all sorts of quaint shops and a cafe serving delicious homemade cakes. Also, a stroll along the beach revealed the Beach Hut Cafe literally on the shore where we enjoyed a glass of wine and another lovely desert. To reach our holiday home, the ferry crossings were another fun part of our holiday.

We stayed at The Nab House on Easter weekend. We had limited expectations of the weather at this time of the year, but even those low expectations weren't met! Despite the poor weather, we greatly enjoyed our stay on the IoW and found the accommodation at The Nab House to be excellent. Highlights were: A large well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge with a modern smart TV and good wifi. Great location very close to the beach at Bembridge. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others, and hope to return at some point in the future, perhaps in summer to get a better chance of good weather!

Without doubt one of the nicest rental properties we've ever had the pleasure to stay in.. The owner has thought of everything with lots of lovely finishing touches - Easter treats for the kids, a welcome chocolate cake, huge fluffy towels, dressing gowns and slippers, coffee sachets, ample toilet rolls, soap, coffee pods and sachets. The apartment is perfectly laid out for a sociable family holiday with a large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The large dining table was the perfect hub for family games and meals over the wet weekend. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Within walking distance of the beach, the lifeboat station, Co-op and local pubs. As a busy working mum with two young boys, I've never been a big fan of self catering holidays, but 4 Nab House has convinced me that self catering holidays can be relaxing and indulgent. Within a few hours of arriving I was online checking availability for the apartment over the summer holidays! Highly recommended.

We have stayed in many holiday properties over the years and it is fair to say that this one was by far and away the best ever.. It is almost impossible to know where to start,,,, So much care and thought had been put in to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Silly little things such as many extra toilet rolls, extra hand wash and large fluffy towels. Big differences such as a beautiful welcome pack, a really well equipped utility cupboard, high end kitchen appliances and to cap it all, a Smart TV, all made such a difference to how we felt about the accommodation. The comfortable mattresses, beautiful bed linen, and sumptuous sofas, a large kitchen table with enough glasses, plates etc to be able to entertain if desired, all made us feel that Justine actually cared about her guests and wanted them to enjoy their stay and want for nothing. The accommodation was extremely tastefully decorated and altogether perfect. Other property owners could learn a lot from Justine. I would like to say to all other owners, to think about doing the same. When owners leave only one partly used toilet roll, a sliver of hand soap, minimum equipment, cheap kitchen equipment and cheap beds and bedding, and worst of all, .... Freeview TV, (aarrgghh!!) it immediately makes the guest feel that profit is their sole value. Of course you have to make a profit, but you also have to show that the care of your guests is important and these things make a huge difference. Justine has got this all right and we thank her for it all. We had a truly wonderful stay. We would like to also thank Sykes. You were a great and so easy to use. Lovely web site and excellent customer care. I would however ask you to encourage all your owners to follow Justine and to show that they really care about the comfort of their guests. Abandon the awful cheap Freeview TVs, and spend a little extra on a Smart TV. It makes a huge difference! Annette & Robert Culshaw

Stunning apartment, it's clear great care and thought was taken in its refurbishment! A real treat to stay here. We're a family of four, our children aged 4 and 7. I loved the interior design and lovely bedding/soft towels, and they loved that there was space to play, a big TV with Netflix and a box of chocolate biscuits waiting for them! Fantastic location two minutes walk from the sea front for coastal walks. The owner Justine was very helpful and welcoming! Thanks for a great holiday.
