The home is able to pack plenty into effectively three rooms – there's a cosy double bedroom with plenty of natural light, a tiled modern bathroom, then an all-purpose living room, dining area and kitchen that avoids feeling cramped. If you're keen to head into town, a half hour walk along the seafront will bring you to Brighton Pier, while many of the city's independent shops and nightlife destinations – including The Lanes – are even closer.
