Ocean Swell is a well-presented seaside cottage situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from spacious accommodation over three floors. The cottage can sleep 6 people in 2 twin singles and 1 double bedrooms as well has a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is on road parking on a first-come-first-served basis and a patio to the rear with garden furniture. Ocean Swell is in the perfect location to explore Dorset with family or friends.

The ever popular resort of Weymouth makes an outstanding year-round holiday destination, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, appealing to all tastes and ages. The glorious golden sandy beach with its shallow waters provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!

The cottage I think could do with a deep clean lot of cobwebs & we had slugs in doors not sure how they got in! ! The folder with information needs to updated lots of things out of date. It was a shame the garden furniture was NOT already out for us to use it was all covered up. The cottage did what we needed close to town easy to get too. The key safe of the wall is a good Idea. Dishwasher was smell, if not being used still needs to wash through now & again. There is a high-pitched noise we think was coming from the Wi-Fi Router in the front room & the master bedroom little bit irritant once you hear it

Very close to Weymouth harbour and shops, and a short walk to the beach.. Parking spaces are tricky to come by, but we still managed to find a spot close by after returning each evening. Quite steep and narrow stair case to first floor which was a little tricky with young children, but we kept the doors closed to the dining area/stairs and was no real issue. Property was comfortable and is described accurately overall, and suited our needs just fine. We would happily stay again.
