The master king size bedroom is located on the third floor and has an adjoining en-suite bathroom along with fantastic views right across Weymouth harbour. The further two bedrooms, one king size and one twin are located on the first floor, along with the family bathroom featuring 'his and hers' sinks. 

The ground floor is sociable and open plan, with modern kitchen leading into the dining area. Large patio doors overlook the enclosed decked garden at the rear. The living room is cosy and retains many of the heritage Victorian features.
