Harbourside Haven Apartment 3 is a second-floor property resting in Weymouth. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom, together sleeping four people and served by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a living/dining room. Harbourside Haven Apartment 3 is an outstanding base for a coastal getaway. Allocated mobility scooter charging point in garage (you need to contact Dream Cottages to arrange to collect a garage fob). No parking available. Please note: A lift is available to the apartment. Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs. Note: Good House keeping bond of 200 GBP is required. Note: Please ensure that if a cot and highchair are required, this is requested prior to arrival. Note: No hen or stag parties Note: Pay and display car parks nearby:Multi Storey Car Park DT4 8LY. There are other car parks a few mins walk available via Just Park app including Cosens Quay all subject to fee. Note: Allocated mobility scooter charging point in garage. Please contact Dream Cottages to collect a fob when you arrive for the charging point access. Note: Mid September 2023 – Autumn 2026 - Please be advised building works are being carried out on the neighbouring property. There will be some disruption caused by this work which will need to be considered if booking during this time. The building contractor has provided a schedule of works which indicates the majority of the construction is between September 2023 and Autumn 2026. This may alter the view of the Harbourside from the apartment block once complete. Please contact the Office for further details. Weymouth is a wonderful seaside resort resting on the Dorset coastline and just seven miles away from Dorchester. Within the town you will find a plethora of places to eat and drink, as well as a host of attractions, including watersport opportunities on the beach and regular fishing trips from the bustling harbour. From here, enjoy the 18-mile long Chesil Beach and head towards Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland.
