The living areas in this reverse-level home consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, a selection of books, and a woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a garden room. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and consist of three doubles, one of which has a TV and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a front, multi-level garden with lawn, decking, swing seat and furniture, a balcony with bench, and a private driveway for three cars. At the western extremity of the dramatic pebbly Chesil Beach, West Bay—also known as "The Gateway to the Dorset Jurassic Coast" and made popular by the television series Broadchurch—is situated near to the magnificent sandstone cliffs of Golden Cap. In addition to offering beautiful walks along the South West Coast Path and plenty of opportunity to try your hand at sea fishing, crabbing, boating, and golf, this great beachfront setting is ideal for family vacations. TE Lawrence's and Thomas Hardy's residences, the Tank Museum in Bovington, or the Naval Air Museum in Yeovil are all worthwhile visits. The thriving market town of Bridport, which is portrayed in the television series River Cottage, is only 1.5 miles distant.
