Set just a short stroll from Westbourne’s upmarket high street and only a five-minute drive from the golden sands of Bournemouth Beach, this modern maisonette offers a prime location for both coast and town. Exploring further afield along the coast or inland to the New Forest is a breeze, too, with private parking for two cars outside. However, you may be tempted to linger on the private decked terrace back at home instead. Surrounded by pine trees and strung with festoon lighting around a fire pit, it’s a fine spot for alfresco evenings. Inside, alongside the two elegant bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) upstairs, there’s also a sofa bed in the living room downstairs – perfect for families looking for a more flexible set-up.

*At full occupancy, the last two guests will share a sofa bed in the downstairs living room. There’s a WC on the ground floor, too.
*One of the bedrooms has zip and link beds, which can be configured as twin or a king-sized bed. Just let your host know your preference in advance.
*There is private parking for two cars outside the home. You’ll share the wider driveway to this property, but you’ll have your own private entrance.
