Perched on the seafront in Lyme Regis, this second-floor apartment offers postcard-worthy panoramas that won't disappoint. Sit back, relax, and watch the tide roll in from the leather armchairs – thanks to the large windows, the scenery is always front and centre. Even better is the small balcony, the perfect spot for a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The apartment is a great size for two, though a third guest could be accommodated on a sofa bed with prior notice. And the location? You can't beat it. A steep passageway leads directly to the beach, putting the saltwater and single shore right on your doorstep.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a single sofa bed in the living area. Please let your host know if you'd like the sofa bed to be made up for your arrival.
*This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There's an uneven path from Broad Street up to the home as well as a number of steps to the front door. Steep, uneven stairs also lead down the passageway to the beach.
*One covered parking space is available off Poole's Court Road, a ten-minute or so walk away.
