The living areas of this property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher, a dining room for four and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), each serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking with two permits provided. Within 0.2 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note two well-behaved pets are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Just seven miles away are the glorious gently shelving beaches and picturesque harbour of Weymouth, and the rugged peninsula of Portland, linked to the mainland by Chesil Beach, part of the breathtaking World Heritage Coastline. In fact, you’ll find yourself so intoxicated by Dorset’s magic spell, you won’t want to return home at the end of your stay!
