The property overlooks the River Avon and the famous Royalty Fisheries fishing ground on the River Avon which runs into Christchurch Harbour, this is the confluence of the rivers Avon and Stour, which is great for paddle boarding or kayaking. Within 5 miles there is much to see, including Highcliffe, well known for its castle, Stanpit Marsh and Hengistbury Head nature reserves, Southbourne and Avon Beach along with Mudeford, which has a bustling quay and popular beach.
