Charleston Cottage has two bedrooms, including one double with an en-suite shower room, and one bunk room, along with a ground-floor bathroom. The cottage also features kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric flame-effect fire. Amenities include gas central heating, an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included. Outside, the enclosed rear garden boasts a lawn, patio seating areas, and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Parking is available for one car in a private car park at the rear of the property, accessed through an archway with height restrictions (2.9m width and 2.37m height), suitable for cars only. Note: There is a step down into the bathroom. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Charleston Cottage is just 0.3 miles from a shop and 0.1 miles from a pub, making it an ideal choice for a charming getaway.
