This area is well known for its abundance of pretty villages including nearby Symondsbury (1.5 miles), which sits at the foot of Colmer s Hill, a haven for walkers. Hop in the car and visit one of the many beautiful beaches including Eype (2 miles), West Bay (4 miles), Seatown (2 miles) and Hive Beach at Burton Bradstock (5 miles), all of which have popular eateries near the shore. The surrounding rolling hills make the perfect backdrop for all manner of outdoor pursuits, or head to Abbotsbury (9 miles) and visit the subtropical gardens and the Swannery. A narrow country lane leads from the A35 to the property, which is attached to the owners home, yet with privacy assured. A ramp rises from the parking area to the private entrance. Once inside, you are met with a light and bright lounge/diner with a wood burner and Smart TV, as well as fabulous panoramic views across the rolling countryside that sits beside the property.
