This home is just a five-minute stroll from Bournemouth's town centre and ten from the beach and pier – now that's convenient. With such a wonderful location, we don't blame you for spending your days exploring. But for those seeking a bit of R&R, this house is the ideal choice. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll notice the relaxed ambience and seaside-inspired design. It's spread across three floors, so there's space for everyone. The kitchen is well-appointed for family dinners, while a small garden out back has sundowners and barbecues covered. Topping it all off, your host can arrange a hot tub for an additional fee – the perfect ending to a day on the coast.

*The bunk beds, as well as some bathrooms, aren't photographed, but expect the style to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*As this home is spread across three floors, climbing stairs is a must.
*Your host can provide a free cot, high chair, and baby bath upon request.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 9pm until 7am.
*Stag, bachelor, and all-male groups are not allowed. Well-behaved hen parties may be welcome upon request – please ask your host for more information.
*Though free on-street parking is available, finding a spot can be tricky. You won't need a car during your stay, so we suggest leaving it parked once you find a space.
*Please note that there isn't a washing machine or dryer here.
