This single-storey chalet consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and TV with Freeview. There's also a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, hot tub and barbecue, and parking available. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Superfast WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 0.4 miles. Stillness offers a tranquil base for an escape to Dorset. Note: Guests have access to 28-acres of woodlands and gardens, Downwood Vineyard, and a communal games area.

Area
Blandford Forum, a market town is located beside the River Stour in Dorset, England. Most of the town, notable for its Georgian architecture, was rebuilt in the 18th century after it was completely destroyed by fire in 1731. The town centre was rebuilt thanks to a grant from King George II and designs by regional architects John and William Bastard. The Blandford Georgian Fayre is a yearly celebration of its Georgian ancestry that takes place during the first week of May and features speeches, historical re-enactments, music, and dance. The Great Dorset Steam Fair, one of the town's greatest events, takes place over the late Bank holiday weekend. a vibrant festival with more than 2,000 exhibits and a vintage steam funfair. a large range of independent shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafés, and a Georgian tearoom are all available. There is so much to see in this charming town that it is a great tourist destination year-round.
