Hambledon Hill and neighbouring Hod Hill (5 miles) are well worth a visit and once at the top you are rewarded with far reaching views across three counties. Enjoy wild swimming in the River Stour in the summer months or head to Blandford forum (6 miles) where there is a brewery tap and waterside walks, or visit Shaftesbury s iconic Gold Hill (8 miles). Accessed via an unmade lane and shared drive (bumpy in places), this semi detached converted barn is timber clad and has lovely far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Set within an organic farm, sliding doors give access into the light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To the rear of the space is the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space to dine just opposite and comfortable seating in the living area, both areas allow for you to appreciate the privacy and outside beauty of the farm. The large comfy sofa beside the wood burner allows for you to fully relax of an evening while making use of the Smart TV. A shower room with walk in shower and WC is on the ground floor, stairs rising to the first floor located between kitchen and bathroom. Here you will find a king size bedroom with balcony window so you can really take in the breath taking scenery and a comfortable twin bedroom just opposite. A separate WC is placed between the two bedrooms. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height, which only adds to the character and charm of the converted building. To the rear of the property is an open terrace with a dividing privacy fence, picnic bench, charcoal BBQ (in the summer months) and a large open fields, ideal for all outdoor adventures, activities and ball games. Stabling and use of a paddock are available on request.
