Holiday Rental Description

You won't be short of things to do with a stay at this South Devon cottage set on a country estate. Expect a shared indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis court, a kid's playground, and so the list goes on. If you don't feel like being sociable, there's a private courtyard back at home for summer months and a wood-burning fire to hunker down beside in winter. Set in a small, secluded valley, you'll need a car to get out and about here. But we don't think you'll mind, with South Hams and Bantham Beach both just a short drive away.

*There is private parking for two cars within the grounds.
*While you’ll share the wider grounds, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the estate, the cottage has a private outside terrace area. This is accessed via a flight of stairs outside the front door of the home.
*A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request.
*The third bedroom has bunk beds which are only suitable for children.
*There is a stream accessed through a gate within the wider grounds. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Please note that the gym is for use of over 18s only and is closed after 5pm.
