Tucked away in a secluded valley, yet with South Ham's water's edge and Devon's beaches a short drive away, the setting of this cottage is one of a kind. Part of an impressive country estate, kids will love the shared indoor heated pool, tennis court, playground and vast communal lawns found within the grounds – not to mention the trampoline, slide, climbing frame, sit-on tractors and football pitch. It's worth noting this elegant cottage only has a small private courtyard leading off the kitchen. But with those shared terraces overlooking the valley for barbecues and pizza oven nights, we can forgive that.

*While you’ll share the wider grounds, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the estate, the cottage has a small private terrace area leading off the kitchen.
*A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request.
*The third bedroom has bunk beds which are suitable for children only.
*There is a stream accessed through a gate within the wider grounds. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Please note that the gym is for use of over 18s only and is closed after 5pm.
