Nestled amidst the picturesque Devon countryside, The Byre is an exquisite barn conversion that comfortably accommodates six guests in three charming bedrooms. Conveniently located on the outskirts of the popular North Devon village of Goodleigh, it's a short stroll away from the renowned pub, The New Inn, celebrated for its delectable cuisine, fine ale, and vibrant atmosphere. The cottage enjoys a perfect North Devon setting, just a 20-minute drive from the untamed beauty of Exmoor or the expansive sandy shores of Saunton Sands. This means your family can revel in a fantastic day at the beach and then retreat to your own tranquil corner of Devon to escape the hustle and bustle. The cottage boasts a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a generous bath and a hand-held shower, along with a sink and WC. Additionally, there's a delightful bunk room for the kids and a twin room with two spacious single beds. Adjacent to the twin room, you'll find a family bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and WC. The cottage exudes an open-plan ambiance, separated by a couple of low steps transitioning from the kitchen to the dining area, and then descending again to the lounge. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric hob, and oven. The dining area features a sizable pine table with seating for six, complemented by a dresser and patio doors leading to the private garden. Just three steps down, the lounge welcomes you with two comfortable sofas, a slate coffee table, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, along with a Wii games console for added entertainment. The outdoor space comprises a private garden with a table and chairs, while an additional fenced garden area is ideal for your furry companion to roam. It's also where you'll find the BBQ and a set of table and benches.
