Holiday Rental Description

Clover villa is a two storey property available for hire on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park. Upstairs there is a double bedroom,and family bedroom with triple bunk bed and single bed. There is a TV in this room. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge has a smart TV, sofa bed, another sofa and a reading chair. The kitchen has a sofa, full sized dining table, well stocked kitchen with mini-oven, air fryer, hob, iron, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A guest bed is available on the ground floor. The accommodation is supplied with a free, exclusive guest WIFI channel powered by fibreoptic broadband. There are USB ports on both floors. The stairs have built in slide-away stair gates, and we supply a high chair, travel cot and baby bath for younger guests. Up to two dogs are allowed, but no other large pets such as cats are permitted. Outside there is a garden bench overlooking well presented communal gardens. The bathroom has an electric shower over a full sized bath, and hot water is available using the water heater in the property. Car parking is available at either side of the villa block. The Welcome family holiday park has a number of facilities available to our guests. There is a playground and sports pitch, swimming complex and clubhouse with daily entertainment. Guests may use the club and pool if they buy daily passes on site. The Blue Flag sandy beach resort of Dawlish Warren is just seven minutes walk away, and guests may use Paddy's bar on the holiday park across the road (free entry every day).
