Holiday Rental Description

Two storey chalet villa accommodation available for hire on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, and family room including bunk bed (double and single) plus extra single bed. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge and kitchen, with outside dining area provided. The lounge has a sofa bed and a guest bed. There is free parking either side of the villa block, and a launderette on site. The Welcome Family Holiday Park has a number of excellent facilities including the Tropicana pool complex, including a sports pool, fun pool, infant pool and hot tub. Our guests can purchase an admission ticket on site. The Welcome Starlight clubhouse is open daily, and children are welcome until closing at midnight. Hazelwood clubhouse on the park across the road also allow our guests to visit. It has free admission during the day and evening, with a programme of entertainment in high season.

The sandy Blue Flag beach of Dawlish Warren is a few minutes flat walk from the accommodation. It has an 18 hole golf course, shops, a fun fair, go karts, amusements, picnic area, a pub overlooking the beach, a nature reserve and scenic views across the bay. The train station and bus stop are available within the village for easy transport options. Exeter, Torquay and Dartmoor are available for days out.

We offer our guests free fibreoptic powered WIFI, free linen and towel hire, and the property manager lives locally for easy check-in. We cannot accept bookings from stag/ hen parties, school/ college leavers or similar because this is a family-orientated holiday park.
