Three bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x bunk room (double bunk bed with single bunk bed over, the bunk beds are approx 190cm in length and more suited to teenagers/children rather than adults). WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property does not permit smoking. A shop and pub can both be found within 0.1 mile. A memorable holiday awaits at Paperback writer. Note: Parking is available in front of the bookshop below to offload, however car must then be moved to the roadside.

Area
Pooley Bridge is a small village on the north shore of Lake Ullswater in the Lake District National Park, taking its name from a large pool left by the fast flowing River Eamont, and the word a 250 year old bridge built over it. The village offers all of the essentials, including many traditional inns and tea rooms, as well as a convenience store stocking essentials. The Ullswater Steamers depart from the lake, offering a relaxing cruise to Glenridding and Howtown, whilst a short walk up Dunmallard Hill reveals fascinating Iron-Age remains.
