William Morris patterns and amenities like the AGA and woodburner make the interiors feel very English cottage, but this home doesn't skimp on modern indulgences. You've got everything you need for a spa day at home, including an outdoor hot tub (overlooking the valley) and a sauna. The multi-level garden has lots of hidden benches perfect for drinks in the sun, while puzzles and games ensure that even rainy days (this is England, after all) are memorable. It's just a twenty-minute drive to Bowness-on-Windermere, the starting point for stunning lake cruises and hikes.

*Starter toiletries are provided. However, you will want to stock up on other essentials such as coffee and tea, as these are not included.
*Self-check-in is available here. You'll either pick up the keys at a nearby property or use a lockbox on the premises. Your host will confirm instructions before your arrival.
*Your host uses a third-party platform called Truvi for ID verification and to manage damage deposits independently from Plum Guide. They'll send you a link to fill out when you book.
*Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as twins or doubles on request.
