Beautiful location but the house is a complete let down. So much potential missed. We had read reviews warning of downstairs damp and musty bedrooms; this is an understatement. One room (with a baby cot!!) was unused during our stay due to the damp and smell. To top it off, the front door lock broke on day 1 trapping us INSIDE. There is one door in and out of the building; fire escapes are the windows which don’t open wide enough to climb out! Clean? Linen and bedding yes; house? In short, far from it. Damp stained bedroom carpets and black mould in the bathrooms. One positive is the open plan first floor kitchen/ lounge.

Beautiful property, but unfortunately our stay wasn't pleasant. The property needs a good clean and decluttering! The dog-smell and dog hairs were off putting. There were no space to put our food in the kitchen, all the drawers and cupboards were full! The cupboard in the ensuite bedroom is unsuitable for a week's stay, we had to live out of our suitcase on the floor. It is a shame that the garden can't be accessed from within the property (steps down from the upstairs living area would be good). We won't be back, unfortunately.
