This property enjoys an idyllic rural location in the picturesque Kentmere valley region of the Lake District and is perfect for visitors who want to experience the peace and quiet of the countryside, whilst still being within easy reach of the Lake District s most popular attractions.

The eastern shore of Lake Windermere, at Bowness is just nine miles west of the property, whilst the quieter waters of Ullswater can be found twenty miles to the north. Coniston Water, which is the ideal place for trying out a whole host of watersports is also twenty miles away, whilst Esthwaite Water is a smaller lake, situated between Lake Windermere and Coniston Water, close to which is the beautiful village of Near Sawrey, a favourite with visitors to the area as it is the location for Hill Top, the home of Beatrix Potter which is lovingly maintained by the National Trust.
