Spend your days walking in the fells and mountains of the lake district, or perhaps head out onto Lake Windermere on one of the leisurely cruises. More adventurous or sporty types might like to try kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, or even open water swimming if they are feeling brave, or perhaps stay on dryland and give abseiling, gorge walking, or ghyll scrambling a go.
