Located at the head of Morecambe Bay, north of Lancaster (a historic town), 15 miles from the winding roads of the Yorkshire Dales, and a hop, skip, and a jump from the Lake District, it is conveniently located. Greenlands Farm Village is another popular destination in the area, and it features shops selling handmade goods and regional foods, as well as a children's section, a café, and a garden centre. Gorgeous tidal sands surround the vast Morecambe Bay in this region just north of Carnforth. This wonderful region of Lancashire is perfect for those who enjoy nature hikes and spotting native birds and animals. Kirkby Lonsdale is a charming historic market town that you should definitely stop by.
