There is an electric fire, a utility room with a washing machine, fridge, and ironing board, and a sitting room with lovely views on the first floor. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with an en-suite, a king-size, a double, a twin, and a single. There is a bathroom with a P-shaped bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail, as well as a WC and a shower room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a multilevel garden with a gravelled area, lawn, furniture, and a picnic bench, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed. The historic, South Lakeland village of Cartmel is renowned as the prettiest village in the Lake District. The Priory Church, one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings in the north of England, remains the heart of the community with its gatehouse forming the entrance to the village.
