This property enjoys an idyllic rural location, looking across the meadows and fells of the Lake District towards the imposing mountain of the Old Man of Coniston, which not only provides a stunning backdrop, but is also the perfect place for enjoying scenic walks as well as more challenging hikes, depending on the chosen route.

Just a short distance from the foot of the mountain, the village of Coniston has a range of shops and pubs, and is also home to a boating centre from where visitors can hire sailing boats, paddleboards, and canoes. For a more relaxing trip on the lake, the restored Victorian steamers also leave from the village pier and provide the perfect way to really take in the beautiful scenery of the lake and the surrounding landscape.
