Outside there is off-road parking for one car, a shared lawn with countryside views and a shared courtyard. Within 1.4 miles there is a shop and pub. Upton Cross is a quaint Cornish village on the outskirts of Bodmin Moor that was once home to miners but is now a peaceful refuge. The Cheesewrings, Sharp Tor, the engine houses at Minions, Kitt Hill, and Caradon Hill are just a few of the many breathtaking sights that can be reached from this location on Bodmin Moor. There is a Post Office and a classic bar in the village that dates back to the 17th century. The pounding waves of the north shore and the calm waters and fishing communities of the south are both easily accessible. Six miles away, at Siblyback Lake, anglers and water sport enthusiasts may cool down, while nearby rivers provide salmon and trout fishing. The outdoor theatre at Upton Cross features a wide range of performances throughout the year. A quaint Cornish town, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
