Rathillet is a house situated in the village of Feock near Truro, Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including a super-king-size, a twin (superking on request) and a king-size, along with a bathroom and shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen and living/dining room with electric fire. To the outside is a decked balcony and sun terrace with furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Rathillet is a lovely escape, equipped with everything for a memorable stay in Cornwall.

Three bedrooms: 1 x super-king-size with TV, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) with TV, 1 x lower-ground-floor king-size with TV. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with electric fire. Decked balcony. Lower-ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

It is also an ideal base for exploring the superb opportunities of Cornwall with St Agnes, Falmouth and Newquay all within easy touring distance.

Note: Guests are not permitted beyond the wooden fence in the garden due to steep drops - children must be supervised. Note: Some steps down to the garden are steep and uneven. Note: The owner lives in the neighbouring annexe - there is an interconnecting door that is permanently locked. Note: The property across the road is having extensive building works completed.
