Pond Cabin is a super-cute log cabin near Stithians, set in 2.5 acres of garden with picturesque pond and stream, in the grounds of the owners home. The property sleeps two people and has one bedroom, a shower room and open plan living area with sitting and dining areas and kitchenette. The large garden is beautiful with lawn and patio with garden furniture and barbecue, pond and stream, with off road parking for 1 car. Within 7 miles of Falmouth resort, Pond Cottage is a super venue for couples seeking a restful holiday.

All ground floor. One double bedroom: 1 x double bed. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and W.C. Open plan living area with sitting and dining areas and kitchenette.

Area
Stithians has a small Post Office/store, a fish and chip shop and a pub which serves good food. When you wish to explore there are many country walks, one of which will take you to Stithians Lake, popular for watersports, angling and birdwatching, where you can sample the local ale and excellent fare at The Golden Lion Inn, within a few miles of the bustling maritime resort of Falmouth.

We' have just spent a week at this wonderful cabin and loved every minute of it, set in a beautiful cornish hamlet, the gardens, lily pond and stream on your doorstep, absolutely stunning. Owners are so friendly and welcoming and daily visits from Harry the one eyed cat who is also really friendly

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely cabin in Cornwall along with our 11 month old black labradour. This is a beautiful place to relax and chill out. So peaceful and a large garden, field area to sit outside and let the dog explore and have a run. The lodge is so pretty and clean, everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even fresh flowers, coffee and shortbread on arrival..A lovely comfortable bed and so peaceful and quiet. We explored lots of nearby places, St Michaels Mount, Falmouth and various beaches plus we enjoyed walking alongside the nearby reservoir and stopping off at The Golden Lion Pub on various occasions for coffee, lunch and also on the Sunday we ordered a Sunday lunch takeaway and enjoyed it back at the cabin where we could relax and not have to worry about trying to dine inside the pub with our lively dog!! Would highly recommend anyone thinking of booking this venue, very comfortable enjoyable stay. Thankyou so much it has been wonderful, we would love to come back one day xx

Lovely, cosy and peaceful setting.. Owners very welcoming with a cream tea and biscuits for our dog, which she loved, she also liked to explore the large garden around the pond. We would visit again.

The lady owner unfortunately gave me the wrong key code to access but we soon sorted that out with a phone call In general excellent location and facilities May me worthwhile investing in a DVD player or possibly Sky TV as the TV choice was a little dated But OK for a weekend ? Does need a few small repairs ir Toilet door lock Electric Fire (Broken) Bedroom window blind (Broken) but these are really petty and overall a great stay

Very quiet and a central location to explore south north & west as we did.. Didn't need to go east on this trip. The cabin was lovely, clean and comfortable. Would book again if in Cornwall but unlikely for sometime due to the need to go to other parts of the UK now that my circumstances have changed.

Pond Cabin is a lovely, peaceful retreat in a gorgeous setting away from it all but within easy driving distance of everything you could want from a holiday.. Highly recommend a stay.

Pond cabin was the most delightful little cabin.. We were greeted with flowers and a wonderful cream tea with fresh baked scones. It is so peaceful and lovely here with easy walks to the village ( the Seven Stars pub does fabulous meals ) and to the dam and reservoir. A car is a must for getting around Cornwall and this cabin is situated perfectly for anywhere you might want to visit. Ideal garden for children and dogs and we had a very friendly visitor in Harry the cat! The hosts are great, very helpful if you need anything but you have total privacy otherwise. We were snowed in for a day and the cabin was warm and cosy. We had a lovely week and would recommend to anyone.
