Within 0.7 miles there is a shop, 0.3 miles there is a pub and within 2 miles there is a beach and please note, one well behaved dog are welcome, but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 5 Lower Elms is a wonderful stay in a charming part of Cornwall. Please note: Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Please note: The stove in the lounge does not currently work. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200. St Minver is the perfect tourist base for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to the stunning beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
