The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with Oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Curved HD Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix & Sky including Sports, DVD player, Nintendo Wii. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and Smart HDTV, and a twin with TV with Freeview, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a south facing decked terrace, outside furniture including table and chairs, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. In addition to the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum, St Ives is known for its small streets, tightly packed cottages nestled around the quayside, fantastic beaches, excellent shopping and a lively community of artists, as well as fine pubs and restaurants. It's easy to see why this is the county's top holiday resort, with its semi-Bohemian culture and romantic ambiance. There is a lot to see and do in the surrounding area, including rich wildlife, stunning coastal walks, excellent surfing, and the Celtic secrets of Land's End Peninsula. A wonderful place to visit!
