The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front balcony with furniture, a communal garden with furniture as well as designated parking place for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Surf and Sand is a delightful property for a family getaway in Cornwall. Note: Guests must provide their own cot bedding
