• Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, TV/DVD player.
• Nearest beach: 0.5 miles.
• Nearest amenities: 0.2 miles.
• Outdoors: Communal gardens and patio area with table and chairs.
• Parking: Parking for one car in a courtyard adjacent to the building.
• Family facilities: Not provided but can be hired.  
• Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.
• General: Central heating.  Electricity and gas included in rent.
