First floor: Kitchen/dining room, cloakroom.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and family bathroom. 

Third floor: Living room.

Kitchen & utilities: American style fridge/freezer, hob and double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Entertainment: Smart TV.

Outside: Enclosed, sunny courtyard to rear with outside furniture great for relaxing with family and friends. In addition, there is a balcony to the rear of the living area.

Parking: Driveway parking at the front of the property for two cars.

General: Wifi is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). Gas central heating. No smoking.

Pets: Pets are not accepted.

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Notes: There is some building work being carried out at the start of the mews, therefore a discount has been applied. The works are carried out within respectful hours.
