A lovely upper floor apartment located in a delightful granite building at the quieter end of the wharf, overlooking the harbour beach at St Ives. 

Size: Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms.

Beds: 2 x double, 1 x single.

Rooms: Living/kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), and 1 shower room.

Kitchen & utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, along with a washing machine. 

Families: Travel cot and highchair.

Outside: No outside space

Parking: No private parking, but the nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period. 

General: Wifi. gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). No smoking. 

Pets: 1 Dog allowed - £25.00 per week charge. 

Accessibility: Entrance via a slope and then two steps into the communal entrance and a flight of stairs to the apartment.
