This studio-style pod has a double bed, kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with an en-suite shower room. Appliances include an electric hob, combi microwave and fridge, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is ample parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, decking, gravelled area, wood-fired hot tub, barbecue, and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the wood-fired hot tub, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.8 miles and a beach in 2.3 miles. Sun Rise is a romantic escape for a trip to Cornwall. Note: There is a step up to the decking.
