The living areas in this first-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for three guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, and a ground-floor games room/utility with pool table (5ft(1.53m) long x 2ft 8in(0.82m) high, junior size) and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Trewhiddle Retreat is an attractive escape, perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for those with lower mobility.

The lovely woodland village of West Hill sits in the heart of East Devon, home to a well-stocked convenience store and is the pickup point for the local pizza van, whilst the town centre of Ottery St Mary is around two miles away. The village is surrounded by an array of rural landscapes with rugged woodlands, far-reaching seascapes and access to the incredible Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The charming port town of Exmouth boasts a sandy beach and classic seaside amusements, whilst Exeter city centre is home to a wide choice of amenities and eateries, as well as an imposing Cathedral. West Hill is the perfect getaway spot to explore the Devonshire coast and the Blackdown Hills and East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
