The Annexe is well situated and it is easy to get to all local amenities and beaches by car.. When we arrived we were greeted by a bottle of wine. The property was immaculate, very clean and is home from home. A brilliant shower and a comfy bed. It is so peaceful and quiet too. There is nothing you would need as it is all to here make your stay and holiday the best experience ever !

On arrival at the property we were welcomed by the owners who went through the facilities with us.. They had left us a delicious cream team which was appreciated after our long journey. The annex had everything we needed and more. It is in a lovely quiet location with plenty of amenities a short walk/ drive away. The property was spotless and very welcoming. Good central base for exploring Cornwall. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again

We were given a really warm welcome and and information about the cottage and facilities on our arrival.. We loved the beautiful cream tea that was left for us. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. We felt the bathroom could do with being updated. Lovely stay. We’d book again as it’s such a great location for visiting places.

Lovely and comfortable accommodation and very handy for exploring the area around St Austell.. Lots of nice touches including a cream tea on arrival. There is also lots of information on things to do in the area. Would thoroughly recommended and the hosts provided a warm welcome and got the accommodation ready for us despite our very last minute booking.

Probably the best holiday let I have stayed in, incredibly clean and comfortable, all the facilities you could possibly need, nice quiet area with great parking, really close to shops and attractions, it was like coming home everyday! We will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to stay again very soon!

Not really.. When something turns out to be all you'd hoped, there's nothing really to add. If we said the only thing we could find fault with regarding the apartment was that the plate rack on the draining board wasn't very good, - well, that says it all!

The Annexe at Cormorant drive was exactly as advertised.. In fact it exceeded our expectations because it provided many extras that you wouldn't expect from a self catering holiday. It was close to the lovely historic harbour at Charlestown and many beautiful local beaches. The friendly owners were at hand if there we any problems, but we would have found it difficult to find fault in this property. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Yes! The kind reception by Steve and Brenda, the house was comfortable and clean, wifi was the best we have gotten in the UK! ! Cornwall is great, there are plenty of things to do, it is very close to Eden Project (oh and make sure you go on a warm/hot day, it is less crowded then!). There are museums, coastal little quaint towns and excellent cream teas to be had. St Austell is just a good location to be since it is centrally located, Truro, Bodmin Moors, Penzance are relatively close by. Enjoy while you can, we hope to be back!

We found the annex was ideally situated in st Austell for touring Cornwall.. It was spotless when we arrived and there was a nice touch from the owners of flowers and a Cornish cream tea. Although the property was attached to the owners house there was no problem at all with our privacy. All in all a great base for a couple to discover Cornwall and we would certainly use this property again in the future.

After reading feedback about the difficulty in finding the property we were pleased that it was, in fact, very easy.. A very comfortable and warm annex with ample facilities. The owners were most welcoming and even the neighbours were friendly. We would like to return.

We stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of Oct ,the owners are such lovely people made us feel very welcome and there was a strawberry cream tea waiting for us on arrival and a vase of flowers the place smelt so nice the Annexe was at the rear of their own house but we felt very private ,the accommodation was very clean and modern the bed was wonderfully comfortable ,with thick soft fluffy towel bundles provided the towels are lovely and big too the kitchen is fitted with all the utensils and crockery needed and a gas oven and microwave oven, every where was very clean and there is a very nice area to sit in outside . There is enough parking for one car in front of the owners own property and is off street .The area is very quiet and there are plenty of shops close by including Lidl ,Tesco ,B&Ms and there was and Aldi being built too .The property is situated in a great position for Charlestown ,the Eden Project ,the Lost Gardens of Heligan .we would definitely stay here again we had such a lovely holiday .No dogs or children are allowed at the property and so that suited us perfectly

On arrival we were greeted by the owner, he showed us around the property and explained all about it. The property is ideal for sightseeing as it is situated in an ideal location. We were very pleased with our holiday, so much so, we have booked to go back there in October. A really pleasant time was had there and I would recommend The Annexe, Cormorant Drive.

Like the previous reviewers, we found the Annexe a great base to explore the area. It has a great central heating system, so we were lovely and warm inside when it was cool and wet outside! It has everything you need, with quality fixtures/fittings and is very spacious. Great value for money. Friendly and welcoming hosts.
