Little Resugga is a perfect place for your next Cornish holiday.. Either as a couple or a family of four, your every need is catered for, from the warm welcome you’ll receceive from Kim and Gary right through to the beautifully appointed interiors - you will not be disappointed. The cottage is centrally located for exploring any part of Cornwall as it’s just a 5min drive to the A30; the accessibility is a great benefit. Be prepared for cosy evenings in front of the fire and a well equipped kitchen to keep the chef happy. Should you need space for more guests you could even look-up “The snug” which is a nearby two person cottage finished to the same high standards. We shall be heading back to Luttle Resugga very soon...

This cottage is absolutely beautiful.. It really is like walking into the pages of a design magazine when you arrive. It's very comfortable, and for anyone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing just about any sort of food. My only criticism is that the mattress on our bed had a big dip in the middle, rendering it extremely uncomfortable - the time has definitely come to replace it. That would not however stop me from coming back. I will be returning.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Little Resugga, the cottage was exactly as we expected and was in immaculate condition with first class facilities.. Kim, the owner was friendly and welcoming and the cottage was located in a quiet yet convenient location for exploring Cornwall. In short, a great experience!

Met Kim on arrival who took us though the cottage and explained where everything was and gave us a few great ideas of things to do and places to go locally.. It's a beautiful cottage in a very tranquil location, very warm and cosy with a very effective underfloor heating system and the wood burner (not that we needed it!). The kitchen is a great space with every utensil and appliance you could want to use and the light airy lounge upstairs gave a nice space to relax in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable which is a must when your doing a fair amount of walking during the daytime! Bathroom equipped with a nice large free standing bath and separate shower cubicle so once again all needs had been catered for. On the whole the cottage was absolutely immaculate and I can safely say we didn't want for anything for the entire duration of your stay. Looking forward to coming back!

This cottage is one of the best we have ever stayed in! Ideally situated for exploring the area and very high standard of decor and cleanliness. The owners were very friendly and the welcomie pack was very much appreciated.

Kim and Gary have a gem of a cottage that keeps on giving as you live in it: After a really warm welcome we found the place full of lovely touches: everything worked and every drawer and cupboard had something else useful within.. An excellent venue

Very easy to book our holiday with Sykes - no problems at all.. Our stay at Little Resugga Cottage couldn’t have been better. The cottage was just stunning! We were made to feel so very welcome by the lovely family who owned it and they really did have everything covered. It had a secret walk where our children enjoyed searching for the tiny frogs! We would definitely return and highly recommend. Thank you!

Little Ressuga is a fabulously cosy and really well equipped cottage perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall.. The cottage is just as beautiful as the pictures suggest and, in fact, we found it to be larger than we had anticipated. The cottage has every kitchen gadget you could need and is really well furnished with comfy beds and lots of seating. It's location is excellent for visiting the Eden Project, Fowey, Padstow, Bodmin, Charlestown and Pentewan to name but a few! Kim and Gary were excellent hosts and were on hand with advice for exploring the area whenever needed.

What can we say Little Resugga is the most beautiful barn we have ever seen, Kim's eye for design is amazing and it has everything you need and more.. I have never been anywhere so clean and everything has been thought about in order to make your holiday perfect. Definitely will be returning. The garden is so private and if you are lucky with the weather a beautiful place to relax after visiting the most beautiful villages and beaches.

We had the most wonderful stay at Little Resugga.. It’s an absolutely beautiful barn conversion, decorated with such style and a real eye for detail. Spotlessly clean, with quality fixtures and fittings, comfy beds, underfloor heating and a very pretty private garden. The hosts Kim and Gary were so very, very welcoming and have thought of everything anyone could need to make a stay comfortable; it really is the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at! Coming back to such a lovely place after long days out exploring was marvellous. Highly, highly recommended!

Lovely property and friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome.. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and quality of cottage was of high standard.Very peaceful surroundings so heled us to relax..We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like home away from home. Location was great. Close to Eden Project so we took opportunity to visit and glad we did. Close by to beaches and some good coastal walks. Took us 30 min to get to Padstow. Would definitely recommend

Little Resugga is the most beautiful and luxurious cottage we have ever had the pleasure of staying in.. On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owner Kim. She showed us around the spotlessly clean, warm, welcoming and extremely well equipped cottage. Fresh milk was already in the fridge, Cornish biscuits left on the side and the log burner laid and ready to go. The underfloor heating on slate tiles throughout the cottage ensured it was always warm and nice underfoot. Secure storage for our bikes and a strategically placed hosepipe made life very easy for us after many a cycle ride on the Clay trails. It is apparent Kim has an eye for interior design and everywhere you look shouts out quality, including all the kitchen appliances, fittings and fixtures. Somehow they make the cottage feel like home rather than somewhere just to stay. The place is hidden away and off the beaten track including an enclosed and well established private garden, but close enough to get the odd loaf of bread or beautiful fish and chips from nearby Penwithick. The Eden Project is less than 5 miles away and easily accessible by cycle, car or on foot. Owners Kim and Gary are the perfect hosts. They are there if you need them and nothing is ever too much trouble. We cannot recommend this cottage enough and if you are thinking about booking, then just do it as you won’t be disappointed and it will definitely exceed your expectations. The only disapointment was leaving such an amazing place. We will be back!!!

Little Resugga is an amazing cottage, in a peaceful location.. The cottage itself is beautifully clean and wonderfully furnished. We were made very welcome by the owner who lives close by. I have stayed in some lovely cottages in my time but I was simply blown away with this one , the sense of space, quality of the fixtures and fittings. We came in early Feb and the property was warm and cosy, the underfloor heating works a treat and the log burner in the lounge makes relaxing there an absolute treat. With regards to location, this property in not far from the A30 providing quick access to explore different parts of Cornwall.
