Kitchen & utilities: Gas hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

Outside: Communal gardens to the front and rear of the apartment. Small patio area to the front with outdoor chairs available
Parking: Allocated parking space in communal car park with plenty of visitor spaces.
Pets: No pets are accepted.
